General
Rules:
- Quiet
Hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
- Alcoholic
beverages are not to be consumed by persons under the age of 21.
- No
alcoholic beverages allowed in Activity Center, Office, Restrooms or
Shower House.
- The
use of fireams or fireworks is prohibited on the campgrounds. This includes
BB guns, air rifles, sling shots and bow & arrows.
- No
smoking in Activity Center, Office, Restrooms, or Shower House.
- You
are responsible for your own Children, Pets, and your Visitors.
- Children
must be under their parents supervision at all times.
- The
Shower House and the Activity Center are no place for children of any
age to play.
- No
children under age 10 are allowed in Shower House without an adult.
- Children
are not allowed to play, ride bikes, scooters, etc. around the Office.
- Do
not dump porta-potty in toilets. Use the Dump Station behind the Shower
House.
- Restrooms
are for your personal hygene only. No laundry or dish washing is allowed.
- Please
limit your shower time and leave the restroom neat and clean.
- All
Bikes, Scooters, Skateboards, Roller Blades, Roller Skates, etc. are
not to be ridden after dusk.
- All
Visitors must Register at the Office. Visitors must display Visitor
Pass at all times.
- Absolutely
no electric heaters permitted.
Pets:

Pets are welcome, however they must be kept on a leash at all times.
- Viscious
dogs are not permitted.
- Owners
MUST clean up after their pets.
- No
pets allowed in Restrooms, Showers, Activity Center, Beach, Swimmimg
Area, or Lake.
Campfires:
- Campfires
will be permitted ONLY in fire rings.
- Please
do not relocate the fire rings.
- No
cutting or damaging of standing trees will be permitted at any time,
regardless of size, type or location.
- Do
not fasten anything to any tree anywhere with a nail, screw, or rope.
No clothes lines.
- Firewood
is available for sale at the Office.
Swimming:
- No
lifeguard on duty
- Swim
at your own risk
- Beach
hours are 9:00 am until dusk.
- All
children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- No
swimming beyond the ropes.
- No
pets in Swimming Area
- No
glass containers in Beach Area
Fishing:
- ABSOLUTELY
NO NIGHT FISHING
- Catch
and release only
- Visitors
must pay in the Office before fishing. Visitor's fee does not include
fishing. See Rates.
Vehicular
Traffic:
- Speed
Limit on the grounds is 5 MPH.
- Motorcycles
are to be used as primary transportation only, and are confined to roads.
- You
must be at least 16 years of age and have a valid driver's license to
drive any motorized vehicle in or around the campground.
- Gas-Powered
Golf Carts, Motorbikes, Motor Scooters, and ATVs are prohibited.
- Car
and trailer washing is not permitted.
- Visitor
Parking in designated areas only
- Parking
and Visitor Passes must be displayed at all times
Electric
Golf Carts:
- Electric
Golf Carts must have a permit to operate on Cross's Campground. Permits
are issued at the Main Office.

To obtain a permit you must be 18 years or older, with a valid driver's
license and proof of insurance for your golf cart.
- Children
of permit holders must be 16 years or older with a valid driver's license
and insured to operate the golf cart.
- All manufacturers
safety devices must be present on the golf cart, and in good working
order.
- You may not pull
anything behind your golf cart.
- Only the number
of people the golf cart was designed to carry may ride on it at any
given time.
- PEDESTRIANS ALWAYS
HAVE THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
Game
Room:
- No
food or drink allowed on any game table
- No
sitting, standing, or laying on any game table.
- No
books, bags, purses, or items on any equipment.
- No
foul language
- Do
not break the equipment
Cross's
Campground LLC cannot be responsible for injury or damage due to wind,
water, fire or the negligence of you or others. Some of these rules were
made by our insurance carrier, some by the State of Ohio, and some were
adopted based on a review of policies at other campgrounds. The rules
are intended to ensure your safety and to ensure the enjoyment of your
camping experience. Please obey them. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
